Prevent dangerous and costly lid pop-outs. Our cast iron heavy-weight 5¼” lids feature a tapered, secure fit—resisting vibration and uplift, enhancing road safety.
- 4″ skirt: Extra long design and 25 lb. weight help this lid resist vibration and uplift – available in round or square
- Tri-Skirt: Unique triple contact and tapered 4″ skirt and 22 lb. weight deliver maximum retention
- Strength: H-20 load-rated and ideal for traffic areas in excess of 45 mph.

Engineered for reliability in harsh environments, our complete assemblies pair a cast iron lid ring with a patent-pending composite insert to protect and support monitoring equipment.

5¼" Locking Lids
Engineered for a secure, tamper-resistant fit that minimizes lid ejections, we offer two locking lids: the Universal Locking Lid features locking legs that brace firmly against the valve box interior to prevent movement and ejection. The Locking Lid for screw-type boxes features a locking bar that secures the lid to the underside of the rim.
- Both are compatible with any 5¼” valve box
- Tamper-resistant design reduces risk of lid displacement

Stabilizers
Designed to keep valves & meters centered and secure in their access boxes, stabilizers minimize settling and protect valve coatings from abrasion. A simple, reliable solution that improves alignment and longevity.
2½" Curb Box Stabilizers - ADP-CSA (ADP80003)
Engineered for most 3⁄4″ – 2″ curb stops/valves. Accommodates a wide-range of arched bottom sections, including cast iron, standard ABS plastic, Bison™, and CIP curb boxes.
- Minimizes settling and shifting of the curb box
- Centers valve box directly over the operating nut
- Helps prevent backfill from entering the box, maintaining a clear and functional valve area
- Preserves the valve’s epoxy coating, protecting it from environmental damage
- Inquire about sizes for 2½” curb box enlarged bases
Valve Box Stabilizer: Multi-Fit (ADP90010)
For use with 5¼” Bison™ Valve Box with the 101 bell and 8″ or C-900/C-905 PVC pipe. Multi-Fit adapters have elongated slots to accommodate numerous valve types and sizes.
- Specs: Inner diameter is 9″; Center hole diameter is 1.63″
- Minimizes settling and shifting of the valve box

Valve Box Stabilizers - ADP-VBII
For 5¼” cast iron Bison™, ABS plastic, or CIP valve boxes with 4″, 6″, or 8″ valves. Compact, heavy-duty stabilizers engineered to fit snugly inside the bottom section.
- Specs: Inner diameter of 7.75″ and no center hole; ADP-VBII A, B or C: fit 4″, 6″, or 8″ valves
- Fits: 5¼” 2-pc screw- and slide-type cast iron bottoms (61, 62, 64 and 61-S, 62-S, 64-S), & 5¼” 2-pc Bison 101 & 106 bottoms
- Use: Minimizes settling and shifting of the valve box; Centers valve box directly over the operating nut
- Helps prevent backfill from entering the box, maintaining a clear and functional valve area

Valve Sentinels provide reliable protection against unauthorized access, theft, and tampering. Designed for lock-out/tag-out protocols, these devices are easy to install and compatible with all valve boxes.
- Material: Made from high-strength carbon steel
- Compatibility: Work with all valve box manufacturers and come in a variety of sizes to fit valve boxes between 3⅞” to 12¾”.
- Available as full assemblies or expander bar and plate components
- Assembled units include plate and expander bar connected with a durable lanyard that prevents the lid from falling into the valve box
- Plates available in yellow, blue, or red to stand out and provide clear identification
